Pickleball 

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to call a day in advance to get on the reservation list. There is a 26-Player maximum for all sessions and sessions fill up quickly. Call: 850-833-9578.

  • Mondays and Fridays: Open Play
    • Session 1: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    • Session 2: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: Members Only
    • Session 1: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • Session 2: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: Open Play
    • Session 1: 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Get Fit

A video-based class that offers a variety of cardio exercises that increase endurance and fitness for seniors.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
  • Instructor: Video-based class
  • Cost per session: $5 (Free with membership)


Senior Dance Fitness

  • Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
  • Instructor: Sundy
  • Cost per session: $5 walk-in (Punch cards available: 5 classes for $20 or 10 classes for $40)


Pilates

Pilates focuses on strengthening and toning the body through controlled, precise movements to improve posture, increase core strength and stability and enhance stability.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:15 a.m.
  • Wednesdays: 10 a.m.
  • Instructor: Sundy
  • Cost per session: $5 walk-in (Punch cards available: 5 classes for $20 or 10 classes for $40)


Line Dance

A fun-filled class teaching the steps and techniques of line dancing. Increase your cardio rate while having fun!

  • Wednesdays: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Instructor: Aggie Marler
  • Cost per session: $5


Tai Chi

A Chinese exercise teaching the coordination of deep breathing with slow movements to increase balance and flexibility.

  • Thursdays: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Instructor: Robbi
  • Cost per session: $5


Chair Yoga

This modified form of traditional yoga is practiced while seated in a chair. It is designed to bring the benefits of yoga to people who have difficulty standing or balancing, those with mobility issues, or those recovering from an injury.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 7:45 a.m.
  • Instructor: Video-based class
  • Cost per session: $5 walk-in fee (Free with membership)


Chair Zumba Gold

Chair Zumba Gold is a seated exercise class for people with balance or mobility issues, or who use a chair for support. This low to medium intensity class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion and overall fitness.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Instructor: Dawn
  • Cost: $25 per month


Essentrics: Aging Backwards

Guided strength training program that focuses on mastering control over lifting and moving the body in space while performing low-impact exercises to help build muscle and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Mondays: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Instructor: Diane
  • Cost per session: $7


Bingo

  • Mondays and Thursdays: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Cost per session: $5 (Free with Membership) + Minimal fee for cards


Mah Jongg

Traditional tile-based strategy game from China.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Cost per session: $5 (Free with Membership)


Pokeno

A combination of poker and keno (or lotto) and with several aspects of bingo.

  • Fridays: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • $5 (Free with Membership)


Ceramics / Crafts/Wood Carving/Diamond Dots

Bring a project and work on it while socializing with peers. 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • China painting every other Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. 
  • $5 (Free with Membership)
