My H2O web portal allows city water users to monitor their water consumption

We have recently launched the "My H2O" customer portal, which works with the new smart water meters currently being installed across the city by our contractor, VEPO Metering. So far, VEPO Metering has replaced about 70 percent of the water meters in the city and we expect them to complete the replacement of all 10,000 residential and commercial water meters in the city before the end of the year. The new meters feature Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology, which provides more accurate readings and real-time data.

If you are among the 7,000 customers who already have the new metering system, you can start taking advantage of our new “My H2O” customer portal right now. “My H2O” provides you with details about your water usage and gives you better insight into your water consumption trends on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

With “My H2O” you can:

  • Identify immediately if you have a water leak in your system
  • Gain understanding of your water usage and costs through real-time monitoring
  • Set custom alerts on water consumption to avoid billing surprises
  • View peer comparisons to better gauge what is normal water usage
  • Remotely monitor rental and vacation properties
  • Modify water usage to save money
  • Add multiple addresses/accounts to the same My H20 account
