The Fort Walton Beach Commerce and Technology Park (CTP) is a roughly 360-acre office/industrial park with a mix of tenants representing a variety of local and national companies.
In 2000, the former Fort Walton Beach Industrial Park was renamed Commerce and Technology Park (CTP) to more accurately reflect the current and potential tenants of the Park. Today, the CTP is a location primed for development and redevelopment as the region continues to grow.
In 2015, City Council approved a partnership with the Economic Development Council (EDC) of Okaloosa County to conduct a Competitive Positioning Study of the CTP. The final Study was presented to City Council on March 1, 2016.
In December 2017, the City in association with Tindale Oliver Design Group began preparation of a CTP Master Plan to focus on the future of the CTP. Over the course of 2018, stakeholders meetings and interviews were held as the Master Plan was developed. The final CTP Master Plan was accepted by City Council on May 21, 2019.
