CHAIR YOGA
Class invigorates mind, body, and spirit and teaches good breathing techniques.

Tuesdays: 8:00 – 9:00 am

TAI CHI
A Chinese exercise teaching coordination of deep breathing with slow movements.
Increases balance and flexibility.
Instructor: Lisa Gathman
Wednesdays: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Fridays: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

GET FIT
A cardio mix of exercises that increases endurance and fitness for seniors.
Instructor: Wendy Riggs
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 8:00 – 9:00 am

WESTERN LINE DANCE
A fun-filled class teaching steps and techniques of line dancing.
Increases cardio rate while having fun.
Instructor: Aggie Marler
Wednesdays: 12:00 – 2:00 pm

PICKLEBALL
Combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.
Played with a solid racket and a wiffle ball.
Mondays: 5:30 – 9:00pm
Fridays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Saturdays: 1:00 – 4:00 pm
$5 fee (FREE for members)
