Customer Service

The City of Fort Walton Beach Customer Service Division is responsible for reading water meters, billing customers, receiving payments, opening and closing utility accounts, and resolving customer inquiries for the City’s 9,000 utility customers. Services include water, sewer, sanitation, county tipping fees, and stormwater utility fees.

-Drop Box
The secure payment drop box is located in the FWB City Hall parking lot at 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, beside the ATM machine
Envelopes provided for check or money order. No cash, please.
Payments placed in the drop box after 8:00 a.m. will be credited the next business day

To set up service for the first time:

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday  7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.;
Fridays  7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Same day water service is available until the last hour of business (Monday – Thursday before 4:00 p.m., Friday before 10:00 a.m.)
 
You will need to bring the following items to set up your water account:
-Rental contract/lease (if renting)
-Driver’s License, passport, or state issued photo ID
-$65 deposit for residential service (call ahead for commercial deposit details)
