We offer a large meeting room in order to enhance the Library’s place in the community as a gathering place for learning and information exchange. Its use is reserved primarily for library and city purposes, but we also make the room available to nonprofit, civic, cultural, and educational organizations for events open to the public.
The meeting room has a maximum seating capacity of 50 people (with seats) and 35 people (with seats and tables).
Reservations can be made up to one month in advance by completing an application form. The fee is $25/hour during normal operating hours. To reserve, please email email@example.com or call (850) 833-9590.
