The City of Fort Walton Beach offers services for businesses within the City limits. A variety of options are available to fit your business needs.

Sanitation Services Include

• We have 90-gallon containers with once-a-week service available in most areas of the City.
• We have 2-yard, 4-yard, 6-yard, and 8-yard containers with pick-up days tailored to your business.
• Lock bars are also available for added safety and security for an additional $10 per month.

Extra Commercial Pickups

Extra commercial pick-ups are available upon request and for an additional disposal fee depending on the size of the container.

Commercial Yard Waste

Special Events

The City of Fort Walton Beach Sanitation can accommodate any of your special event needs. Please call 850-833-9655 two weeks in advance so we can provide you with an estimate, coordinate and schedule your special event.

Commercial Recycling

The City of Fort Walton Beach would like to invite you to participate in our Commercial Recycling Program. Please call the Solid Waste Division to discuss potential cost savings for your business and help preserve our environment.

Maintenance & Repairs to Containers

The City of Fort Walton Beach Sanitation provides each business with a trash container for their professional needs. The Sanitation Division will not replace containers due to smell or unsanitary conditions. It is the business owner's responsibility to maintain your container in a clean and sanitary condition. To help you keep your container clean and free of odor, insects, and rodents please use plastic bags for disposal of your garbage. This will also help prevent possible spillage or wind-blown debris when collected.

The Department also repairs or replaces containers that are damaged at no charge. Please call the office at 850-833-9655 to request a work order.
