The Growth Management Department has transitioned to a new online software system, My Government Online (MGO), for the processing of Permits/Inspections, Planning/Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) applications, Business Tax Receipts (BTRs), and Code Enforcement cases. We apologize for any delay in service during this transition.
Our operating hours are 7:00am through 4:30pm, Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 11:00am on Fridays.
The Permit Counter is open to the public from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00am to 11:00am on Fridays. Meetings after our public hours may be scheduled by appointment. To schedule an appointment please email or call the division you are needing the appointment with.
The Growth Management Department strives to provide exceptional customer service while assisting our citizens through the various processes that the Department is responsible for including Building Permits and Inspections, Planning and Zoning, Code Enforcement, and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
To continue increasing operational efficiencies and decrease review timeframes, Growth Management utilizes electronic application submittals and plan reviews. The Department currently offers electronic submittals through the MGO web portal: MGO Connect Portal
